A main passion of mine right now in this life is to try and portray to you all an aspect of myself that I have come to uncover. A rare experience throughout the ages is one, which has been described as Self-realization. People speak of tapping into pure potential, or our inner creativity. They speak of being in the moment, and aligning with their purpose. What does this all mean to us? Why do I feel so much peace when I can fully dive into Now? When we answer this question for ourselves we seriously find True Happiness, and Perfect Health. Consciously knowing why, and physically seeing our True Nature in these moments is much more powerful than simply practicing mindfulness, and feeling peace in the moment.

When our happiness is not dependent upon anything outside of ourselves every moment is full of Newness, wonder and excitement. When we surrender to the boundaries of the body we can see underneath this body, to our Essence. This Essence shining through us in this very moment is beyond space and time (beyond illness and disease). We become less human and more Being. We open up to breathe efficiency and color in all aspects of this life.

As humans we are prone to fight for everything we have and chase everything we want. When something is chased, its natural tendency is to run. When we sit, and cultivate patience we see our desires start to seek us out. Here in this blog I am asking you to be a leader in this world. I am asking you to break down your walls and change your perception of who you are. I am asking you to question your person and dive into everyday with all that you have.

In order to rise above this life and not settle for all of its inconsistency, we must see the only part of ourselves that has never changed, our Essence. Find out now, what it is that has driven you to these words. Find the aspect of yourself you never knew, you didn’t know.
